The agency is very hands on, with all projects handled at top level. Some have been on the company portfolio for over 12 years.

Over the years the company has founded numerous of its own annual events. Some of these include The Argus/Ohlson’s Team Biathlon, The Cape Argus Gun Run and more recently the Smirnoff Comedy Festival

The consultancy was founded in 1987 and is the originator and founder of the Smirnoff Comedy Festival in 1997, which ran at the Baxter Theatre till 2003. The project was replaced by the Vodacom Funny Festival, which has become Cape Town’s premier annual comedy event.

  
 
In the early 1990s Eddy Cassar ventured into exhibitions, mainly linked to major sporting events in the city. Today the company organises, markets and manages two of Cape Town’s largest exhibitions, namely the Cape Argus Cycle Tour Expo and the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon Expo. Both have become leaders in their respective fields.
